Refund policy

My Perfect Cosmetics Company will offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our products. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact our Customer Service Team prior to returning products. You have 14 days for us to receive the products once we have been notified of your return request. My Perfect Cosmetics Company will not be responsible for postage costs for returned items. 

Once your return is received your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to the original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. A refund confirmation email will be sent to the original email on file. 

If 30 days have expired since receiving your purchase, unfortunately you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
